Only 18, Valérie will be entering her first season in the senior elite category. Always looking for competition and challenges, Valérie just loves to push her limits on a bike. Her competitive nature helps her train with regularity and discipline in order to better her riding techniques. Aside from training, Valérie is studying science at the Cegep de Chicoutimi to become a nutritionist. After a few bumps along the road, Valérie performed real well last season, which helped her take part in the Mont Sainte-Anne World Cup Championship. Bike wise, she doesn’t know what the future holds for her, but one thing is for sure : as long has she has the passion and drive of competition and that she has fun riding her bike, she will continue her quest for excellence.
