Here at Devinci, we know aluminum frames are still the go-to choice for many riders. For that reason, we put our extensive research and development history to use with our aluminum bicycles. Our aluminum technology is raising the bar in the industry with frames that are lightweight, but still strong.

R2
Found on the Silverstone 1 road bike, Devinci’s R2 aluminum frame uses cold-formed 6061 tubing with walls that vary in thickness (double-butted). This results in lower weight and a stiffer frame. The tubes are thicker near the joints making for a more rigid frame with excellent power transfer, but without sacrificing comfort. The R2 also has S-Bend seat stays for added comfort and internal cable routing for a cleaner look.

Our R3 aluminum frame technology showcases all those years of research. Using a cold-formed construction process, the 6061-T6 aluminum tubes are triple-butted – thinner in areas where weight can be saved and thicker in higher-stress areas. This results in a superlight frame with excellent power transfer and acceleration. Found on the Devinci Silverstone SL line and the Toscacyclocross bikes, the R3 tubeset technology also features S-Bend seat stays for more comfort, and internal cable routing and smooth welds for a cleaner look.
